UPDATE: Camp is an important part of every child’s summer and St. Michael’s is currently planning for the best summer ever!
We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as it continues to develop, and assessing potential impacts on St. Michael’s Camps. This situation remains fluid, but the health and safety of our campers, faculty and staff remains our top priority. In the event that public health concerns dictate further restrictions on schools or gatherings, we will update you on any contingency plans that may need to be made for our programs.
In the meantime, we encourage campers to still register for summer camp as planned, with the knowledge that if camp is later cancelled or abbreviated, we will make appropriate action to reimburse our campers.
Stay safe, and join me in looking forward to summer!
We are so grateful to all the campers, parents and audience members who have made the past two decades such a joy and success. Thank you all for being part of the TASM family!
This summer, we want to celebrate the whole TASM family – old friends, current stars and future actors. There will be more info to come about anniversary celebrations, but in the meantime please check out our new Stories on Stage program for young actors!
Contact TASM director Christina Johnston (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions.
Theatre at St. Michael’s invites young performing artists (ages 6-18) to come together with our talented staff for a summer filled with theatrical creativity and lifelong friends. 2020 sessions include our Original Musical Production, Shakespeare Camp Twelfth Night, and our Teen Shakespeare Intensive Julius Caesar. This summer, TASM welcomes younger actors age 6-9 into our new Stories on Stage program, where they can begin their creative journeys. TASM also offers a popular tech program for those young thespians who would rather be behind the scenes, and offers campers swim time in our in-ground pool every day. All sessions are led and directed by theatre professionals, and the end-of-session productions are invariably well-attended smash hits. Come join us for an amazing summer of theatre!
A non-refundable $100 deposit must be paid when registering for a session in order to hold a spot. Full tuition is due June 1st. Once a camper has completed the first day of the session, no refunds will be given.
Partial scholarships are available to a limited number of students who demonstrate a financial need. Contact the director for further information. Application deadline is May 1.
6-9 for Stories on Stage, 9-15 for Musical and Shakespeare Production, 14-18 for Teen Shakespeare Intensive
Lunch & Etc.
Campers may choose to take part in the summer lunch program, or bring their own bag lunch. Don’t forget a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, water bottle, and sneakers for outdoor use.
St. Michael’s has a beautiful outdoor pool on the grounds! Theatre at St. Michael’s campers attending full-day sessions will have use of our in-ground pool during the end-of-day free time as a refreshing finish to a productive day in the theatre. A certified lifeguard will be on duty at all times.
