Congratulations on taking the first step towards exploring options for your child’s educational setting! Once you have applied, your child visit St. Michael’s and be a part of the classroom experience. Students will visit with their peer class for this allows us to get to know your child and for the student to be comfortable in their new setting and with their peers. Parent interviews are an opportunity for you to learn more about our school and will help the admission officers better understand your child.

We will schedule weekend visit days for applicants (4 -6 at a time) in February/March Please note: Children need to be 3 years old by September 1 to be considered for PreSchool. Students must be potty trained to begin Preschool.
Your child will visit with the current PreKindergarten class for two consecutive days, 8:30 am -2:00 pm. Plan to pack a nut free snack, a drink, and lunch, plus weather appropriate clothes for going outside. Please note: Children need to be 5 years old by September 1 to be considered for Kindergarten.
Your child will spend two consecutive days in the Lower School with their peer class. Even though Grade 5 is Middle School, students entering Grade 5 will visit with their peers in Grade 4. Plan to pack a nut free snack, a drink, and lunch, plus weather appropriate clothes for going outside.
We will pair your child with a “Buddy” for their one-day visit, making sure your child’s time at St. Michael’s will include a friend for recess and lunch, and that they have a built-in tour guide for their time on campus.
