This is a half-day program which runs from 9:00 – 1:00 daily. The weekly fee per session is $350.00. Our Morning Adventurers program is a stimulating half-day program focusing our campers on key social values such as respect, awareness and the appreciation of others. Our camp introduces our youngest group to specialized activities which include swimming, crafts, music, dance, supervised play, and story time. Please note that while there is a daily opportunity for campers to swim (4 & 5 only), this is not a requirement. The pool is supervised by a certified lifeguard as well as the counselors. In addition, all 4/5 year olds are required to wear a flotation device in the pool area (due to Covid restrictions, campers are required to bring their own). The program is designed and run by professional early childhood educators and their assistants. Weekly themes help drive the various activities throughout our summer programs and we encourage campers to select as many sessions as they can! Limited space is available for 4 & 5 year olds to stay until 1:45pm or 2:45pm in our Childcare After Camp (CAC) program. Click HERE for more info.
Morning Adventurers themes are as follow:
Animal Planet: Lions and Tigers and Bears oh my! Join us as we explore animals from around the world! Campers will discover their habitats and learn about their adaptations that help them survive. From Polar Bears in the Arctic to Camels in the Desert come and join us on our animal adventure!
Pirates: Ahoy Mateys! Come aboard as we set sail on the seven seas in search of treasure!
Safari: Campers will learn about animals in the jungle and on the savanna! They will make their own safari hats and binoculars, move like monkeys and make safari snacks.
Enchanted Forest: Keep your eyes open for goblins and fairies as we travel through the Enchanted Forest. We might even run into Little Red Riding Hood and some of her fairy tale friends.
Space is the Place: Walk in the shoes of an astronaut as we explore the planets and “travel” through space.
Superheroes Assemble!: Summer Fun Camp is in trouble and needs the help of Earth’s mightiest heroes! Are you up for the challenge?
Dino Week: How big were they and why did some of them have plates on their backs? What did they eat and how did they survive? Learn the answers to these questions and more!
