Before you write your script, you need to know some more about your cuisine. Use the presentation below to organize your group’s research.
Groups of 3 people, you only need to do one dish (though you can choose to do 2). Groups of 5, you need to do the research on 3 dishes.

Here are your groups. The first thing that you need to do is start researching both the dish(es) and the region in which they are found. To get started, make notes on whatever you find.
Spanish Groups
- Tapas – Zach, Alexis, Hugo, Luc, Taelor
- Flan – Stephanie, Tory, Liam
- Paella – Jake, Marquise, Kevin, Serena
French Groups
- Southern France (salad nicoise, ratatouille, bouillabaisse) – Lucy, Merrill, Reed
- Northern France (quiche loraine, tarte aux pommes, crepes) – Carly, Peter, Sam, Wil, Chloe
- Burgundy (boef bourgingnon, coq au vin, dijon mustard (vinaigrette?)) – Amelia, Harry, Stephen

If you are ready to make your map, here’s what you will do.
- Go to the Xpedition Atlas and find your state.
- Decide whether or not your state is horizontal in shape or vertical.
- Open Pages and choose either a horizontal or vertical blank page.
- Click the Enlarge GIF button on your map
- Drag the larger version onto your pages document
