Academic Merit Scholarships

St. Michael’s Country Day School will award $10,000 academic merit scholarships to a select number of qualified applicants entering grades 3 – 6 in the 2018-2019 school year.  Academic Merit Scholars will be chosen based on a range of academic and character assessments including leadership skills, academic achievement, and extracurricular activities.

Academic Merit Scholarships will extend through the duration of a student’s matriculation at St. Michael’s provided the student maintains satisfactory academic and community standing.  Scholarship recipients may also apply for need-based tuition assistance.

New Students

  • Follow the standard admissions process by submitting an application, teacher recommendation letter(s), 2 years of report cards, and visit days <<<LEARN MORE>>>
  • Submit the Scholarship Evaluation Registration form (see below)
  • Evaluation session is held at St. Michael’s on Saturday, March 3 | 9 am – 11 am
  • Submit the additional “character evaluation” from someone other than the student’s teacher
  • Submit the parent scholarship questionnaire*

*Character evaluation and parent questionnaire links will be emailed to you once your child is signed up for the scholarship evaluation session. These need to be submitted in advance of the test date.

Current Students

Two, $10,000 scholarships are available for current students, entering grades 3-6.

  • Submit the additional “character evaluation” from someone other than the student’s teacher

Scholarship Evaluation Registration

Saturday, March 3 from 9 am - 11 am. This form reserves your child's space at the evaluation.
