Once again, St. Michael’s has teamed up with Play Well TEKnologies  to offer two lego camps that are sure to stir the imagination and creativity in our lego community! Campers will use motors, battery packs, gears, pulleys, etc. to create moving machines and vehicles.  There will be no programming involved. Please note that these classes fill quickly and you are encouraged to register as early as possible.

Lego – Jedi Engineering( (for children entering 1st – 4th grade): July 9th – July 13th

The Force Awakens in this introductory engineering course for young Jedi! Explore engineering principles by designing and building projects such as LEGO® X-Wings, R2 Units, Energy Catapults, Defense Turrets, and Settlements from a galaxy far, far away. Create motorized and architectural projects with imagination and engineering to defeat the Empire! No prior experience necessary.

Lego Mine Craft Build: Adventure Game: (for children entering 1st – 4th grade)  July 16th – July 20th

Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO® bricks! Resourcefulness, creativity, and cooperation come together in this unique building adventure game; roll the dice to mine for resources, and use these resources to build special items to help in our adventures! Build a Zoo, create a Medieval Castle, and design a Tree House Village! This experience is an original game designed by our instructors inspired by the popular game, Minecraft. Students will have a blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft or the LEGO® building system.

The fee for each week of Lego camp is $3250.00 for half day and $375.00 for full day.
