Write an outline with all your information on a topic of your choice for your persuasive letter. You may change or keep the topic you introduced a few days ago.
1. Audience- Who is the best audience for you to address your letter to? 2. Clear statement of purpose – State clearly what you want your audience to think or do. 3. Several supporting facts (avoid opinion)- include expert testimony, studies, surveys 4. Address the counter argument- Be sure to research the position of the present situation and understand it before you look to change it.
